“Coach Shalash’s Kitchen catered our son’s wedding and did an amazing job. They stepped in after our previous caterer bailed on us 72 hrs before the event. Even in such a short amount of time, CSK was able to pull off a miracle and fed 650 people. Everything was cooked to perfection! Honestly my only regret was not using them from the beginning. We are forever grateful and would recommend Coach Shalash and his awesome crew for any event big or small!”

“Omar was a fantastic caterer! We cannot recommend him enough. I had numerous people after our wedding comment (unprompted by us) on how the food at our wedding was delicious. In addition, our plan was to prep and lay out appetizers ourselves and have our wedding planner put it out. 3 weeks before our wedding, we hit a problem. Omar was willing to also help with prep the appetizers, set it up, and refill the appetizer table which saved the day. CSKitchen was affordable and helped us have the wedding of our dreams.
